Title: Allow "Hold" in sequencer mode

Unless the recording function is active, I would allow the use of "Hold" in sequence mode. This would allow running a sequence in different transpositions without having to hold down a key. Or, when a pattern is running, one can add a drone when in paraphonic mode.
