ASC Server down, Registered & Activated Pigments opening as DEMO. Whats the FIX?

I'm having the same problem - the servers are down so I can't verify my purchase/synth but when I went through the hoop of 'offline verification' I didn't receive a verification either and all I have is three more days of the demo....so bit miffed. Hopefully it'll be sorted out. Maybe because there's a sale on they're inundated with stuff and the tech can't keep up?
