Title: KeyLab61 Ableton Lite Live Serial not appearing.

Hello, I just received a KeyLab61 with included UVI and Ableton Live Lite. I registered UVI with the given serial, but no serial appears on the Ableton. There's just a big green button saying [Get Ableton Live Lite Activation Code]. Upon pressing it, nothing happens and then eventually loads and then says something like "Your Ableton Live Lite Activation Code is now available" and nothing changes on the screen.

Are you saying, that your code is'nt to be found under "My Products" in your Arturia account, like described in guide? If so, then i suggest you contact Arturia support through your account.
I'm a user, and i don't have a Arturia controller.
