Title: sound bank cover art missing

This isn't that important, but how can I get the cover art for the sound banks I've purchased to show up in Pigments 3.5.  They used to show up in 3.0, but there are just generic images now in 3.5.  There are cover images for the Pigents 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5 banks, but not for the admins.

Hi,

Have you checked you have the cover art installed?

Not sure if this informations is to be found in the database. If so, then removing the db.db3 file in the preset folder and then loading Pigments to rebuild the database may help.

have the same problem. I bought the "Wood and Stones" bench through the Arturia Sound Store. No cover is shown here. Is the only bank where no image is displayed. Deleting and regenerating the db.db3 file didn't do anything.  :'( :'( :'(
