Title: polybrute screen doesnt go on and knobs won't react

Hi,

I just got my polybrute and now my screen doesnt go on and the knobs won't react. The led lamp of the Polyphony is burning but the the knob won't react
Any suggestion?

This happened to mine today as well  >:(
Apparently others have had this issue and fixed it by connecting polybrute connect and updating firmware.

Arturia, what is causing this?
