Title: No sound from speaker out A or B

Hi, just got my Audiofuse rev 2 yesterday, set up following the instructions, everything recognised on my PC running windows 10, audio plays back via headphones but no sound at all going to the speakers from output A or B? i have tried re install several times and same issue, anyone else experienced this? nothing is muted or dimed, rotary is set to computer, nothing i do seems to get that signal running to my main monitors, at a loss?
