Title: Octave locked in Ableton

I have opened an Ableton project and found that the piano instrument which the Keystep Pro is using is now locked, and only a few keys are working. Any ideas on how this can be fixed?

I have no idea if the is an Ableton issue or a Keystep issue, so I'm asking on both forums.
