I purchased a CS-80 VST a few days ago and have not received a serial number and unlock code. When I log into the Software center it has no evidence of my purchase but on the website my purchased is confirmed. I notify support 48hrs ago with no reply. Is anyone else having this issue?

Are you saying, that you can see your product on your Arturia account, but you can't see it in ASC?
If you can see it both places - then just click the activate button in ASC.
