Title: Key sensitivity issue

Hi, I'm having an issue where some keys tend to drop in sensitivity while playing, it doesn't appear to be any specific keys. For instance, I'll play a scale and certain keys will just come out a lot softer, as if pressing it very lightly. Pressing it again usually rings the note as it should, but it's quite annoying. Is this a hardware issue? My software and firmware is up to date. If so, how could it possibly be fixed?

I'm not sure what is happening here, Hardware or Firmware issue?
But i'm sorry that you experience some issues with your keylab.
Have you contacted our support already?
