Title: Pigments doesnt show in standalone and doesnt work in Reaper (WINDOWS)

Hi, today i bought Pigments but it doesnt show up when i open it (it show only the close and minimize icon of the window). Then i tried to open it in Reaper but it doesnt work... Anyone know why Pigments have that problems?
The truth before I had it "not legal" since I was not very sure if I would really use it, besides that it is a lot of money in my country. And when I had it "not legal" it worked fine in standalone and as a plugin, but now that I buy it it doesn't work in either of the two formats and it makes 0 sense to me that when I have it completely original nothing works anymore.

Thanks and sorry my bad english. I need to fix that soon cause this weekend i have to work in some things with Pigments

Hey Discordia104.
I think you need to reinstall the "legal" version as clean as possible.
But first do a backup of your tracks/presets to avoid any bad surprise.
then proceed to uninstall and clean your prefs from the ASC.
