Title: New Keylab 61 mkii sustain pedal cunundrum.
Post by: bazaray on June 22, 2021, 12:34:35 am
Hi first time poster and I am already slightly confused by something.
When I am in Analog lab and play a preset all is good until I depress sustain pedal. It makes the note jump up 1.5 steps.??
I also notice that the name of the instrument gets a small star gadded to it. Image below.
This only seems to be through Arturia software, it does not happen when using other plugins within logic.
I am new to all this so I may have pressed something accidentally I am sure.
I have been into MIDI control centre and clicked on the sustain input on the controller map.
mode is ...switched control
cc...set to sustain and any changes I make do not stop the issue.

I have done factory reset on the Arturia also. No changes.
As I say I am new to all this so any advice would be great.

It works fine in Logic Pro and on some other instruments. I am completely baffled.

Cheers everyone.

Hi bazaray.
I am sorry that you experience such issues
I could not reproduce your issue.
You say it works fine in Logic Pro right? so it's only happening on standalone?
Do you still reproduce the issue?
If yes do you have steps?
If it is due to Analog Lab 4, i can only recommend updating to the latest version.
In hopes it will solve your problem.
Best regards.
