Title: how to access my support request?

I recently submitted a support request and received an email showing a reply requesting more information and I can't see a way to access the conversation and reply, do I just email back or is there a way to reply through the support system I'm not seeing?

Hi,

Just reply the email you have recieved, just like any other email.
