Title: Can't hear or record Impact in Logic

Hi, I am a total newbie to this kind of stuff. I love the impact. I have looked at different tutorials, I downloaded and updated the MIDI control center.

Logic sees the drumbrute impact and that's it. I don't hear it on my computer. I can't record it or see any midi notes.

I don't even want to be fancy! I just want to play beats on the Impact that I can record into LOGIC and then edit the midi track.. help?
