Title: Empty Folder in Downloads

I notice that every time I fire up Pigments 3 it creates an empty "Arturia" folder in my Downloads folder. Not a big deal since it is an empty folder but anyone know why that folder is created ? Deleting it doesn't work as it just comes back next time. Happens on both systems I have Pigments installed on.  ???
