Title: Mod Sequencer Slew?
Post by: xanderbeanz on May 05, 2021, 11:23:49 am
Hi,

Unless I’m being dense, lol, I couldn’t find a way to change the behaviour of the mod sequence lanes...recorded in real or step time...it seems there is always a slew between steps of modulation.

I’d like the option to turn this off, I like my modulations to be steppy and snappy, eg, to emulate a drum kit beat by changing Params per step :)

But variable slew might be better, from 0 to 100%

Yeah, good to note these items here on Arturia forum... there has been a lot of discussion on GS.

This is definitely needed... a way to control the slew amount of mod sequencer - and/or turn of slewing completely.

As is, you can't really pull off any syncopated sequencing of cutoff/frequency or other parameters... just a sort of sludgy progression of mod value changes.

Variable slew per step please. There's not a whole lot of difference between the step sequence and motion sequencer otherwise. Slew is nice but sometimes you want the steppy!

Variable per step may be too much of an ask, but variable per track would be nice.
