Title: Playlist feature broken in 3.0 (was broken in 2.x also)

Dragging a preset over to the PLAYLIST section does not add the preset to the playlist that you drag it over. The

• icon appears when you are supposed to drag items, but my playlists have names but no actual presets belong to them.

After screwing around for a bit, the crazy thing is it seems you have to drag the item over a playlist then drag it back over to the right side.

Drag and then Drag, and then Drop is not an official UI pattern anywhere. Who designed this UI?

Drag and Drop should be a one shot option.

Sorry for the late answer.
Do you still have this issue?
Because it seems to work like you expect on my side.
Simply dragging a preset, makes it appear in the playlist without right side drag.
Maybe try to update Pigments to build 1552 (present in VCollection 8.1)
