Title: BUG: Polyphonic aftertouch filtered out using PolyBrute Connect

I first tried the Polybrute controlled with a GEM S2, and all was fine, but when I loaded up the PolyBrute Connect plugin in Bitwig, only channel aftertouch was being transmitted. Connected directly again and it went back to working perfectly.
