Title: MIDI CC from External Device Not Passing Through MIDI Out

I know the KSP doesn’t have MIDI thru for whatever reason, but shouldn’t MIDI CCs be passing through the device just like notes from an external controller?  Is there a way to jury rig this?  It doesn’t even look like I can use the Control Track to record external CCs and output them from there.
