Title: Operating Arturia Keylab Essential 88 Midi Controller Keyboard

I've been composing music for a number of years in Ableton live and don't really have any outboard gear until I purchased the Arturia Keylab Essential 88 Midi Controller Keyboard recently.
I'm very new to midi controllers and have absolutely no idea where to start — to be able to assign created sounds from Ableton, to be played on the midi keyboard, and to store them in the Keyboard.

I'm pretty raw, so ANY help would be fantastic.
