Title: Nothing works

I have followed all the video instructions for my KeyLab 49 Essential. I am using Logic X. When I go to adjust the Output/Input after selecting Mackie control, there is no option to change them (there are no up and down arrows next to them). Is there any fix to this or do I need to return this item?
