Title: Jup-8 V4 Presets not loading correctly?

Hi;  I'm finding that presets don't load correctly when browsing.  The controls don't seem to match the sound I hear. 

Sometimes, I think it's the envelopes that aren't correct.. a given patch will just be a short blip even tho the envelopes indicate otherwise.
And then if I slightly move each fader in both envelopes, the sound seems to correctly reflect the controls.  Maybe it's more than just the envelopes tho.

I am using Cubase11 with a customized remote control editor layout.  I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it.  (Regardless, I would expect the synth to load the correct patch)

Sorry for the late answer.
I've tried some presets of the Jup-8v4 on Cubase 11 on mac and win 10, but did not have any issue.
Do you still encounter some bugs?
If yes, would you mind contacting our support and provide some info on what software do you use ( the remote control editor layout), because i suspect it might come from this?
It will be really helpful if you do.
