Title: Channel 3 and 4 not working

Yesterday i received a brand new AF studio. All channels work well except for 3 & 4. The channel detects an input (line/mic LED lights up) but VU meter doesnt show, nor sound out of it.

I already submitted a ticket to arturia. Just wanted to see if there´s anybody out there who has experienced this.

Hi looking at the video what have you got on the inserts ?
