Case #1: Create empty project in Studio One, add one Pigments instance, it takes 10 seconds to load.
Case #2: Continue from case #1, add some more instances, each one takes 6 seconds to load.
Case #3. Create empty project in Studio One, add one instance of Pigments, close Pigments UI, save the project, close Studio One, open Studio One, open the same project, the project takes 5-6 seconds to load.
The same actions with Massive X instead of Pigments:
Case #1: 4 seconds.
Case #2: 2-3 seconds.
Case #3: 1-2 seconds.
Similar results in FL Studio. OS Windows 10.
So it's possible for an advanced synth to load quickly on my system. Pigments takes too much time to load to the point where I can't bring myself to use it anymore. I wish it was faster, so I might use it again.
Does anyone else has this issue?

Haven't noticed this myself, but in any case I'm old and from a period when software took 20 minutes to load from tape, so a one-off wait of 6 seconds to load each instance of a synth wouldn't deter me from using the app.
Out of curiosity are you on a hard drive or SSD?

Hard drive. While Pigments is loading, the hard drive usage indicator lights up pretty intensively. I reckon using SSD will make a big difference. I'll take this into consideration. Thanks for helping me to realize this.
Though it would be nice if Pigments didn't need this much hard drive resources during the loading. Massive X takes way less of it, so it has much lower loading times. It's probably within reason for Pigments to achieve a similar performance.

I really don't think they consider there are people out there still launching their software from spinning plates of rust in 2021 :-)
You will notice a massive improvement with an SSD.
