Hi, I couldn't leave a support request but I am not receiving my activation email.

Would like to get going asap really really want to use my new keyboard w/ the software

Took hours to receive the confirmation email...but it came. Try checking ur inbox and spam every 30 min or so. Out of frustration I went to the arturia website, scrolled down, clicked contact, chose a category[sales or webmaster I guess] filled out the info and explained how I needed an account activation email to login. After I did all that and waited. Annoying as hell but I didn't wanna return it or sell it away.
