When using Analog Lab V with Logic Pro X, and I want to use an instance of one of the Collection (example: CMI), is it better (does it make a noticeable difference) if you use the CMI plugin directly, compared to using Analog Lab V then choosing the CMI through it? I’m wondering if running multiple instances of Analog Lab V matters

Sound-quality wise, no, but there might be differences in CPU usage. Try both methods and check logic's CPU meter to give you a definite answer.
