Title: SEQ panel : Lock at the individual param level instead of only at column level

Instead of locking on a per column basis could EACH parameters of ANY columns be locked independently. For exemple:

Lock only :
  Col1 Pitch only
  Col7 Octave only
etc.

Sometimes it is interesting for ex. to lock the first note (col1 for ex.) on a strong beat but let the randomization apply to octave anyway for that step.
Many other exemples also.

I've logged your feature request.
It's not a bad idea, but it could also overcrowd the sequencer.
