I set up my Keylab Essential yesterday with FL Studio and it worked until I tried to record. Then during recording there was a high key playing in tune with the tempo (like a metronome), which continued on playback also, for the entire song, regardless of which plugin I used.
After a firmware update and reset of the unit didn't fix the problem, I reinstalled the software. Now when I open the Analog Lab 4 app, the program is not triggered by the keys but my computer keyboard. FL Studio won't recognize it either.
Any ideas? If I can't figure this out soon I'll have to take it back, which is a bummer because the Labs sounds are great.
Thanks!

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.
I doubt your troubles has to do with a faulty controller or faulty Analog Lab.
Analog Lab don't - and your controller don't send out a high metronome sound. unless perhaps if it's triggered by your DAW. And then it's most likely about a wrong setup or wrong settings.
Have you checked, that your controller is set up correct in your DAW both as a keyboard and a control surface?
About the metronome sound: Did you check, that you actually did'nt have a metronome running in you DAW? Or having a Midi feedback of some kind?
About Analog Lab:
Did you select the controller in the standalone Analog Labs Audio and Midi settings?
If you mean your DAW don't show Analog Lab, then perhaps you have done a reinstall error.
Have you checked, that you have'nt got double installs, and that you have intalled the plugins correct? You don't tell, how you reinstalled.
I don't know about FL Studio, so i can't help with that.
