Title: Chord memory not preserved on power down
Post by: Andrew Henderson on July 06, 2020, 09:48:54 pm
While I understand that it was like this on the original Keystep as well and even mentioned in the manual, I am wondering why this has to be the case?  For a controller that is able to virtually remember everything as you set it, why can't chord memory be stored, on power down?  If one wants to play chords via a single finger key press for a selected channel, they may want to set the desired chord to play and will always want to come back to the channel being able to play that way, even after a power cycle.  I find it very tedious having to manually reset the chord everytime I power off and back on the device again.

Would it be possible at all, through an update, to have the chord memory preserved on power down?

+1 on this.

Need to have a way to store chords especially for live playing if you need chord sets for different songs
