Title: "Sync All" Option in MIDI Control Center

Retrieving individual patterns from the device is unexpectedly slow.  It's not completely intolerable, but it would be ideal to have the option to load them all into a new preset at once (instead of having only "factory" and "user", sync would create a new tree of patterns).
