Title: Input 1 doesn't see 1/4" plug. Only XLR works.

Plugging a 1/4" cable into Input 1 doesn't change it from MIC to LINE. INST switch stays off. Audiofuse doesn't see signal. Plugging into the XLR connector works.

Input 2 works properly.

I've got the same issue. for me it's happening with input 2
