Title: Save clock sync settings per project

Hi All,

I think it would be great if the clock sync settings could be saved per project instead of globally.

When making a sequence that isn't particularly step-heavy you can make some nice longer sequencers with a 1PP16 clock rate but if you then make a sequence in another project that is step-heavy with a 2PPQ you can't currently change that clock rate without changing it for all of your other projects.
