Title: Metronome not working

I can't get the metronome to work.. I have tried all the output settings for line, speaker and both but it doesn't send a metronome to my mixer or to the speaker on the keystep.  Anybody else having this issue?  Am I missing something here??

Hello.

Well in this case, please try a hard reset of the unit: Utility > Misc > Factory reset

Just tried the factory reset with no luck.  Ill be putting in a ticket now.

Hi, first post here,

Did you try this: press shift and the tap/tempo button.
This enables/ disables the metronome.

I don't think anyone else has mentioned this but I thought mine was not working until I pushed the level pot on the back and turned up the metronome volume

This totally caught me off guard, was wondering whether I needed return the unit as defective until I found that section of the manual.

The device really should come with a cheat sheet.
