Title: new owner questions, malfunctions?

Greetings --

I'm making my first foray into MIDI and just received my Minilab mkII.

I have a million questions, but I'll start with the basics: I think knob 16 is malfunctioning. I can turn it back and forth all day long, but its onscreen equivalent just sort of...vibrates.

I'm grateful for any guidance you can offer.
