Title: Assign MOD STRIP to cv outputs
Post by: ddoyen on May 05, 2020, 04:41:00 pm
I'm not quite sure why the pitch wheel will change the pitch cv out on each track but the mod strip is not assignable to the mod outs but come on guys...that's some half baked shit. Please allow us to assign the mod strips to cv out like the original keystep.

Another example of half baked code.    Early adopters like us have to keep our fingers crossed that within six to eight months the features we expected to be in the product actually make it in a future release.

It's honestly baffling to me that this isn't implemented from the get go. If I'm using this product to pretty much exclusively control modular and if it was possible with original keystep, why on earth would I expect that only one of the two strips will work with cv for the more fleshed out "pro" version?  Would it make sense for only the black keys to work with cv? I mean either do it or don't but why half ass it like this? This is an awful rollout. Honestly I won't be an early purchaser of Arturia products in the future if they are just going to take their customers for granted like this. Beyond lame.

+1 for this

It's in the manual with screenshots, so it looks like it *was* there at some point.
