Title: Order Pending V Collection

Hi all,

I have ordered the V Collection this afternoon and although the payment has left my account my order is still showing as pending?

Can anyone please advise how I can deal with this?

I have attempted contact through support and through Twitter but no heard anything as yet?

I would assume that this would be an instant purchase.

I'm having sort of the same issue. 

It said payment failed on 2-3 tries to make sure I got all the card information right and now there is a pending order listed. 

Unfortunately the credit card company is disconnecting everyone due to call volume so I can not check with them if one went through.
