Title: Registration problem

I've just purchased a Keylab Essential and the registration (using codes provided) does not work? I see there have be plenty of other similar posts about this but no obvious solutions.

Does this suggest that it's already been registered? The store I bought it from assured me it was brand new!

I've contacted Support to see if they can help but I'd also be keen to establish whether I've been sold a secondhand product as new!
