Title: allow sample pick feature to crossfade between samples in real time

The current sample pick feature, when modulated, picks a sample only when a new note is triggered. It would be interesting to have a setting that crossfades all currently playing notes between different samples in real time, as they are selected by the sample pick knob.

Update: I recently discovered that when the sample module is in "granular" mode, this functionality is possible.
