Title: Keylab Essential 49 dead keys

Hi folks. I got the Keylab Essential 49 yesterday and was very excited to start playing only to find that there were a number of unresponsive (dead) keys. I'm using melodics as I'm learning to play but I also tried it in Analog lab and had the same issue. Hit key, no sound. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If so, is there a fix? Thanks.

It's faulty, send it back. It happens now and again unfortunately.
