Title: Automatic root key when samples have _c1, _c2 at end of the name
Post by: spacef on January 15, 2020, 09:25:21 am
There is a convention that allows samples to be loaded on the right Root Key when the name of the sample ends with the root key.

for example "2FilteredFMA 2_c2.wav"   would load on key c2.
 and "2FilteredFMA 2_c4.wav"  would load on c4.

I think that serum uses this functions and also "rapid synthesizer" .

That way users could compare samples while playing a midi file, without the need to set the root key each time.

Thanks
