I bought Pigments 2 after trying it for a few days (it was a special license for their product launch).
The launch-license is still showing in my ASC (as "expired").
I'm trying to register the new license using the "Register a New Product" button in the website (with the new serial and unlock code, but the registration failed. Tried that for a few times with no luck.
Arturia don't seem to answer my calls to support. It's very frustrating...
If anyone knows what I can do to solve this please advise.

Did you buy at Arturia or another store?
Don't you have a "Activate" button in your ASC and/ or on your Arturia account?

That's the one for software activation.

I bought it at Arturia.
As I've described, I don't have the license I bought in my ASC. Instead I have the previous Pigments lisence that was free for x days and now is expired. I'm attaching a screenshot.

Don't you have the Activate button shown in the link i posted? Is'nt the product on your Arturia account?
You can allways uninstall the Demo, and instal a new application. But the application is the same.
But check your account to see, if it's there. It should be there, if you have bought it through Arturias website. It should actually show up in ASC.
I have never used a new serial number to activate a demo. But i can't tell if that's needed now. I can't recall if i have had a trial to be exspired. I think perhaps i recall some had to download and install the new application long ago.

I also can't register it.
It's listed in ASC as expired, therefore it doesn't help even when I uninstall and reinstall it. There's no Activate button...
I don't know what to do else. :-\

You don't have the product you have purchased and paid for there on your account?
When have you contacted Arturia support? I don't think they answer in weekends.

OK I finally got an answer from Arturia. They asked me to send a proof of purchase and then they'll register the product for me on my account.
