Hello,

The Filter section is something Arturia have added. Substractive synthesis like this feature add was'nt possible in the original hardware DX7.

Arturias DX7 V also have a Modulation Matrix. It's the tab "MODS" in the Advanced mode.
In the Modulation Matrix you can select different modulators and targets. That include ENV mods for targeting Filter Cutoffs.
You can read about the MODS in the manual section "8. ADVANCED MODE: MODS".

Hi,

I noticed each operator gets its own filter. Nevertheless I have yet to so see some apply ENV to it. Can someone help
