Welcome.

You would need to connect it to your iMac through an audio interface. As far as I know the MicroBrute does not send audio over USB, not least because it is an analog synthesizer which does not incorporate an analog-to-digital converter.

I would like to record MicroBrut on Imac 10.13.6 OS High Sierra.

Microbrut is connected to the Imac via USB wire and Live 10 recognise it as Midi entry. I know that midi just give data but no sound, midi are informations.

How do I have to configure Live 10 to ear sound and record it as sample ?

 In LIve 10 preferences : Entry is Core sound and out is My Bose speakers ( Sound companion )
