Title: Lfo retrig
Post by: Emperor12 on March 26, 2015, 04:28:13 pm
Isn't the LFO pretty useless if it doesn't retrigger each time you hit a note? It is to me...

LFO retriggering on note on is considered a useful extra on most analog synths (if at all available). I mostly use the LFO for PWM or vibrato so for me it's far from useless. I can see instances where key retriggering could be useful to be but I haven't had the need yet.

However, you can set the LFO to retrigger on note on using Microbrute Connection, so you're covered.

..and if you configure so that the LFO cycle is triggered from a keyboard press, you can change over to 'not triggered' by simply switching the LFO to the seq setting. Best of both worlds, eh!
