Hi
On mac os Ventura , Upgraded to V Collection 9 (from V collection 6) recently.
After upgrade , and re-installation on an other Mac (changed Mac too), all preset and instruments have disappeared.
even on individual instruments.
the only one that works is Pigments.
I have also Augmented Piano as separate Licence , same Issue.
Tried to remove licence, re-activate , uninstall, re-install : No change .
EDIT - works fine on mi PC win 11
