Title: Midi IN and USB acting as Midi THRU
Post by: alecchisi on September 13, 2011, 02:52:14 pm
Hi all,

I'm using Arturia Analog Factory Keyboard attached to a Macbook Pro, via USB cable and I use its MIDI In connection to receive signals from a Roland FP4 digital piano.

In Mainstage the only MIDI Port I can configure is named as "Analog Laboratory" and the MIDI messages from the FP4 Piano, as well as the Laboratory keyboard messages are sent through this only port. So USB is acting as a MIDI THRU port, for the external MIDI devices.

Is there a way to change this and make Mainstage see TWO Midi devices, one for the USB connection and one from the MIDI In port?

Thanks in advance
