Title: How can I contact Arturia support?

I have found one malfunctioning encoder and one intermittently malfunctioning encoder on my Origin Desktop, so I'd like to report this to Arturia's support department. But I'm unable to register my Origin on the product support site and without a registered product there is no obvious way to contact support. I have reported this issue on the web site contact form yesterday and the day before, but this far got no reply.

Please, Arturia, can you help me?

Hi,

If you cannot enter by the main door, consider the side window. ;)

In your account:
_ section My Technicial Support, button "Authorization Troubleshooting"
_ topic "If your license has disappeared from the eLicenser Control Center"
_ click the button "Activation Support Request", and fill the form with your actual Origin S/N and full description of the problem.

We are currently redesigning the users account interface, for easier access to information, as well as better access to Tech Support. We are doing this in parallel of other works, but hopefully should be operational before the end of the month.
