Why is Arturia's customer service so appallingly bad? Or should I say non existent.
The only way customers have to attempt contact is a support ticket which seems to get ignored. If youy click on the ticket it takes you to a page thats says - Not Found
The requested URL /fogbugz/default.php was not found on this server.
I paid good money for this software. I expect it to work. Instead I get some ridiculously cumbersome registration/authorisation system that doesnt even work!!
WTF!!
Fix this or refund me now.
