Title: NO TECH SUPPORT RESPONSE FROM ARTURIA. NEED HELP.

no response from arturia tech support after showing my proofs. case still open but no response from over 2 weeks!

All keys? It's possible through settings in connection software to prevent key gating if I recall correctly. Long shot ! Sounds frustrating

"First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for such unreasonable delay in response. For unknown reason your message has just sorted out from our tracker these days, among a few other outdated ones... We are currently investigating the cause of such issue.

Second, This unit is defective, it is preferable to be done by a technician.

Please get this unit back to the shop where you sold it.

Totally disappointed with that.

I just think they are trying to say that you should return it. It is indeed a warranty issue. The technician part is for later, that is when you have returned it.

So go back to the shop with the unit and state your case. It is very hard to fix hardware related errors through an online forum, you know...  ;D
