Title: Please add global settings for MIDI CCs for Pedals and Levers

The hardware Oberheim Xpander allows users to set the global MIDI CC to their choice. Please add this feature so that we can globally set the MIDI CCs for:

Pedal 1
Pedal 2
Lever 1
Lever 2
