hi all just purchased the keylab 49 essential, does not work with Sonar Platinum or Studio One ( DAW Command Center, have tried all the control surface options in both DAWS, can some one please tell me how to for both PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
Also in the box there is a paper that says i can get the UVI plugin for the Grand Piano Model D, issue is I already have the UVI work station, , Arturia says to punch in the serial number that came with it and my ilok name (i have ilok also) but nothing happens, when i read the instructions its for the keylab 61 essential, not the 49, and even when i download the manual for the keylab 49, its the manual for the 61,
